Grandson and son to French farmers, Pierre is deeply concerned by pressing environmental challenges and their impacts on farmers. Currently CTO at ORMEX, he brings his innovative blockchain solutions to address these challenges.
Pierre Filliolaud's journey seamlessly combines finance and technology. Beginning as a Java/J2EE engineer/architect at Stéria, he honed his financial acumen at GLTrade (SunGard/FIS). In 2007, Pierre joined Calypso Technology (currently Adenza) as a "senior software engineer," shaping front-to-back financial software.
With 15 years' experience, Pierre's fintech vision led him to LiquidShare, where he spearheaded backend and blockchain development, exploring Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) applications. Beyond work, Pierre has shared his expertise by teaching web development at the French engineering school, EFREI, since 2006.

Fleury Bilola Aguiar is COO & Interim Head of Legal & Standards at ORMEX. A carbon certification specialist, he has led on-the-ground assessments and supported implementation for agricultural carbon storage projects over the past three years. He brings fifteen years of sustainability and international logistics experience in waste management, shipping and export across Africa and Asia, gained at Veolia. Certified under ISO 14064-2 and ISO 14064-3, he served as technical expert in the Article 6.2 and Article 4 negotiations at COP28 in Dubai. He holds a Master I in International Relations & Politics (EHEI) and a Master II in International Business and Finance. He is based in Paris.

Frédérique has more than a decade of experience in R&D, having worked for leading FinTechs such as Orchestrade and Calypso Technology (currently part of NASDAQ). She has undertaken a diverse range of responsibilities, including QA management, project implementation, capacity building.
Having grown up in a farmer environment, she became aware early on of the risks of intensive practices for human heath. She is driven by the desire to play an active part in the transition to an agriculture that respects people and ecosystems.

With a family history linked to the land, coming from a region of France where agriculture plays a predominant role, Matthias is committed to ORMEX’s purpose.
A Head of Finance within the automotive industry for more than 15 years, and passionate about leading the transition towards a sustainable economy, Matthias has had the opportunity to work at leading companies such as Renault, Delphi and Tenneco in various countries within Europe. He is fueled with positive energy and embraces diversity.

With over 14 years as Global lead of the UN Sustainable Public Procurement programme. Farid Yaker’s background in Regenerative Agriculture includes a degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech - Université de Liège and a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of California.
Roles and Responsabilities
The Leaders deal with their technical domain of responsibility for the operational development of the Program.
Appointment
The Leaders are appointed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), when deemed necessary, and with the support of the Strategic Board in relation to the sourcing strategy and candidate profiles.
